Dare We Dream?
McCain is set to name his choice for V.P. today. Speculation is that it's going to be Governor Sarah Palin. There's also this flight, which arrived in Ohio last night.
If this turns out to be true, McCain may have just proved himself to be a lot smarter than everyone thought.

It is an interesting choice to say the least. On the one had, dems trying to play the "inexperience" card on Palin will open the door to accusations that Obama is on the same boat... a stroke of genius? Nah, just good politics (eliminate negative opportunities by embracing them as your own).
Either way, I find it comforting that we will be breaking at least ONE barrier in the white house... race or gender will fall in 08!
