Tim Russert Dead At 58
NBC's Tim Russert died today at age 58.
Go read the full story for the details. I disagreed with Tim on a lot of things, but he was one of very few old media guys I respected. He was always fair and even handed with his guests and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he did. Plus, he was a wiz with the white board on election night. That always cracked me up. But it made him seem more like a regular guy than if they had used a lot of slick graphics to demonstrate their point. I will definitely miss him on Meet The Press.
R.I.P. Tim. Condolences to his family. I'm sure they are going through a very bad time right now.
